I had made a comment on a thread in regards to items ordered and guaranteed by Christmas Eve and weren't received.</P> <P>So, today I get a call from an out-sourced company that addressed the issue and they had access to my Q orders. After verifying the items I ordered and didn't get on 12/24, they apologized and credited my Q account $25.</P> <P>Has anyone else received this call?
