    <description>&lt;P&gt;Has anyone had a problem with lock &amp;amp; lock product guarantee...I returned my defective items to them and received a letter back stating they also needed a receipt / proof of purchase...that  is going to be a problem for me...like I know where that packing slip is...lol, sort of...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
