Wow, Rick is looking super-fit and healthy these days! Has he mentioned a specific fitness routine or diet? He's looking good! (Yes, I know, that probably sounds creepy. Lol!) I don't mean it to be...He just looks very fit lately and that's always a good thing. Kudos Rick!!

Also, Rick does AMAZING work, esp. with Valerie Parr-Hill! I really enjoyed them tonight.

OF THE MALE HOSTS, HE IS MY FAVORITE, HANDS DOWN. WHEN THEY FIRST PAIRED HIM WITH VALARIE, I THOUGHT, "THIS WILL BE A DISASTER" . WOW, WAS I WRONG. I LOVE IT!

He mentioned when presenting bone broth that the product would have been helpful when he was on a fasting diet recently and lost 15lbs.

I really enjoy Rick. I especially love when he's paired with Valerie. Absolutely the best pairing!!!! IMHO!

I also really enjoy Rick and Valerie hosting together. Rick can get over excited and fast talking, but Valerie balances it out with her calm, even demeanor. I also think Valerie relaxes and often follows Rick's lead on the quirky comments. Good pairing!!

Saw Rick with Valerie the other day. Great show. He is always good with her. One of the hosts I enjoy watching.

I catch a show when I'm interested in the products. Don't watch for Rick. He's so energetic, if you will. Even more so than Shannon Smith or Adam Freeman.

Oh, a fasting diet. OK. Thank you, @rockygems123 ! I've never tried fasting, but a lot of my friends are doing intermittent-fasting and zero carbs with a lot of success!

I enjoyed them together too, @corita! In terms of energy and demeanor, I think Valerie is a great partner with Rick. They balance each other very well.

In the past I couldn't watch Rick. He seemed hyperactive, and more so following the teachings of Tony Robbins. Recently, I have really enjoyed watching Rick. To me, he seems calmer than he had been in the past. He's informative, kind and very professional.
