    <description>&lt;P&gt;After being hounded to join the "Insider" again, I decided to go ahead and order it. I was 'allowed' access to the qvc/insider preview for last month and I ordered the preview order of A220840-the IT Cosmetic/Power.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;According to my order status, my issue of 'Insider" was mailed first class, January 13th and I still have not rec'd it so I called today (Feb 6th) and canceled it.  I also had not rec'd the pre-order of the TSV for IT.  The customer service rep said they had no record of my order. So darn mad-I really wanted that extra large size of the powder. I know I'm to blame for not checking for an order number but for some reason I thought the orders through the Insider came up differently so that is my fault.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I think, again, that the "insider' is a huge waste of money and time. I had tried them years ago and had the same problems but I had hoped it was better this time. I just had to write this as I am so mad and so disappointed and hubby doesn't want to hear it&lt;img id="smileyhappy" class="emoticon emoticon-smileyhappy" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.png" alt="Smiley Happy" title="Smiley Happy" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;</description>
