New Hosts

Today must be the first day on the job for the latest batch of new hosts. Pat introduced a young woman whose name I didn't get, of Asian descent. Now Amy is co-hosting on Q2 with a very tall young lady named Stacy. Both of these people seem to be good candidates. I understand a young man was introduced yesterday. Fun times.

Yes. They have all been hosting in QVC videos on the streaming channel, but today is their official on-air co-hosting debut.

QVC 2:

Stacey Rusch is on now with Amy.

Nancy Yoon is on next hour with Terri Conn.

Steve Doss is on after that with Kerstin.

They all seem to be well-prepared, knowledgeable, confident and well-spoken new hosts. So far, they are the first group of new hosts (in many, many years) who have been well vetted, trained and willing to follow QVC's job descriptions! It's a pleasure to watch pleasant personalities as they begin their new endeavors.

Hopefully, they are big successes in their personal and professional lives. Their joy will continue to bring happiness to all of us.

Tuned in QVC2 to see the new host looks like Terri Conn unfortunately is part of the new trend of bad pants on hosts lol.

Nancy Yoon seems like a great person will be fun to watch her.

Nancy has a very pleasing voice and easy presentation style. 👍

Not a fan of that brand, though.

Do they need TWENTY-EIGHT hosts on QVC???

They OVERUSE Courtney & Shawn (who are ALWAYS on air).

I guess QVC can afford to do this since they sell cheap, ugly, outdated-looking clothing like D&Co for far more than it's worth! They can manufacture items for pennies (should be selling for $14.99)

The new guy is adorable! He would be fun to watch with Alberti.

I would bet that QVC will make another round of cuts soon!!!

Just watched Steve Doss with Kerstin on qvc2 and really enjoyed his presentations. He was calm, well spoken, and fun! I also noticed he gave the full price first and then mentioned the easy pay amounts. I like that as so many never state the full price. I wish him well; first impression is awesome!

@PhillyGirl23 I'm not sure which hosts you're looking to see on air. Most of the hosts also do QVC 2 Live hosting every week. I see nearly all of them on a regular basis (of course except for vacations).

Voluntary retirements also create vacancies.

QVC has a very elderly workforce.

Believe MaryBeth and Dan Hughes pretty close to retirement. Now that gust are back in studio more I was wondering if QVC2 might start doing shows live in Studio Park and would need hosts

With a shopping channel like QVC it is always a good idea to have too many hosts rather than too little. What if two or three seasoned hosts decide to retire around the same time. QVC is prepared with having a surplus of hosts to replace them.

@Tatanoo46 QVC 2 has been Live from 11:00am to midnight for more than two years. The hosts have regular shows there. In addition, vendors have their own solo Live shows there.

if you really think about it, they don't need two hosts per show, so why hire more? All they do when they have two hosts is jibber jabber over each other.
