She needs to either set the correct time or replace it with something else. It looks trashy to have a huge unset clock on the wall.

LOL I have a clock in my living room that is nearly identical except mine has a charcoal gray face.i love the scale of it with the other items on the wall and the oversized chair that sits under it. 🥰

@SharkE Wow, gee that never would have occurred to me. However, last time I saw it neither hand on the clock was the correct time or anywhere near it.

Restoration Hardware used to carry a giant "faux" clock. It was kind of like a clock plaque. The hands were stationery and could not be moved, as they were part of the clock and not a separate element. Perhaps she has this clock or one like it.

Oh my gosh, for some reason this post just struck me as sooo darn funny. LOL. I actually have two non working clocks in my living room (along with one that does work), and I love them just as is. "creating a trashy space" -- I just can't stop laughing at that phrase. Hahahaha

Amal is a local: she lives in Downingtown. Not far from Philadelphia, not far from West Chester. Pretty much in the same time zone.

I have commented on that clock before. It looks way too large for that space and it's hung so low. It's not a good backdrop for her appearances, in my opinion, but it's obvious she does not intend to change it.

@Kachina624 perhaps the time set on the clock bears some significance to her and her family since it is her home. I find giving others the benefit of the doubt to be classy.

No @Kachina624, my living room is not on tv. I wasn't trying to be offensive towards you, nor was I commenting on this particular vendor or her clock. I just found the phrase "creating a trashy space" funny.

I have a big clock on my kitchen wall that’s broken. It’s just for decoration. I like it. There’s a clock in the microwave, range, and coffee maker if you need to know what it is in the kitchen.
