    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I agree that this website has many problems. &amp;nbsp;It goes on and on.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;That said, I sometimes cruise the QVC to see offerings. &amp;nbsp;All of a sudden, I am getting emails trying to get me to buy the very items I looked up on the QVC website. &amp;nbsp;It does not end there.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If that item I had looked at goes on sale, then yet another email advising me I had better buy it quick, with a link to purchase.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;This is highly annoying. &amp;nbsp;I have not had this experience with any other retailer. &amp;nbsp;Yet the QVC website is a mess.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;How many others are experiencing this? &amp;nbsp;Is it universal or just to people with a precious high level of spending?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Only have to reset password 850 times to access account....EVERY time I enter my email or password I get the message Call CSR blah blah blah...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;QVC listen up!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Money spent on this site is DISCRETIONARY for the most part ...meaning we WANT to buy not NEED to buy.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You would think you could FIX THE WEBSITE so customers can order, read the forums, etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Last week it was a box saying they no longer can deliver to my address here in PA ( It's not like I live in the woods...they've found their way here for over 20 years. I live on a modern paved state road!!!!)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One more time and I will shop elsewhere even if it costs a bit more.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's hot, expensive to live today, frustrating...WHY does this channel have to add to the angst???&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;IT Dept....Coffee break is OVER...get back to work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;QVC Maybe instead of paying two hosts to jump around like children you could have ONE host and spend some jing on the website.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rant over.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Coffee cakes. Especially if people aren't watching that much anymore (due to many complaints about the way hosts present things or the lack of new products).&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#0000FF"&gt;And if in the future there is no live tv, they really need to step it up.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#0000FF"&gt;I'm always amazed that QVC that has been in business for so long and in multiple countries has a website with more problems than any I've seen. I wonder what kind of IT people they have!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#0000FF"&gt;Plus there aren't many places that are more expensive or overpriced than QVC anyway, so there are many other places with good websites to get things from.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Just about every online search I do is documented and an item I looked at always shows up in other searches as well as receiving emails, usually with a % off if I checkout. I do this purposely as many retailers will try to entice you by offering you an additonal discount.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#0000FF"&gt;I'm not sure how true this is but I find whenever I've used my email on my phone I get many return emails than if I use my computer-always. This includes any purchases, or other interests.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#0000FF"&gt;But I do usually always unsubscribe if I don't want anymore.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;One annoying thing I'm seeing the last few months is that two days AFTER I pay my QCard, I get another email telling me that it's coming up due soon so I better get it paid.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't know if that's QVC or the credit card company, but I wish they'd fix it.&amp;nbsp; I get an email like that and, as somebody who puts paying their bills (on time, which means way before due) as the #1 most important task, it will kind of freak me out until I check my checkbook to make sure I paid it.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;That reminder email is from Synchrony. &amp;nbsp;I also get them from various other bills I have paid previously as well, including Amex. &amp;nbsp;The Amex one will even say payment due is $0.00.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;With the number of customers defaulting on credit cards, I'm sure it's just an automated email that goes out that probably does help them nudge in some additional payments, &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It sounds like you may not want them, so I suggest going into your "Services" settings and adjusting things to your needs. One of the nice things about Synchrony cards is that you have quite a bit more control over when you receive notifications than you do with other vendors. I have my account set up so the only notification I receive is when a refund has posted. Good luck!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
