Denied Easy Pay

I have been a QVC customer for years! I have ALWAYS used my Q card and paid it off before the due date. I ALWAYS use EZ pay. I used EZ pay for a Le Cruset Dutch oven and a exercise bike with NO problems! This a.m. I ordered a Dooney bag. It was 198.00. I even used express shipping so I can get it sooner. A few hours later, I checked the order to see the status and it was canceled??? I didn't cancel it. I called customer service and was told I can't use EZ Pay and would have to pay full price! I was like WHY??? But they charged my Q card for the first EZ Pay. I was told to contact the bank I did and my credit limit is really good! They said to contact them, the bank in 25 to 48 hours to get the adjustment. So I called customer service again and was told I woukd be getting a letter and they don't know why I was denied EZ pay and the decision comes from the "back office!" As soon as the EZ comes back on my Q card I AM DONE and will close my account and Q card! What a way to treat a GOOD CUSTOMER! Has anyone else experienced this?????

I know there was some kind of "glitch" where 1 payment would get hung up for no apparent reason & people could not order at all. Customer would call CS to process the payment & about 24 hours later it would clear & be okay.

@Marciirene Were you over your credit limit? At any rate there was some reason. You can come here to rant but understand we are customers just like you and can't do a thing about it. It sounds like the bank's decision. Maybe it'll work out or maybe not; the Dooney will be there again.

I know that we are all customer's here lol and I understand you can't do a thing about it. I posted this because I was wondering if this happened to any one else besides me. I should have stated that. You would be upset if it were you I am sure. No I NEVER go over my credit limit lol! I spoke with the bank as I stated previously and have a zero balance and am in good standing with them. Thank you I am familiar with how these forums work. And no the Donney bag won't at that price on 5 ez pay and free shipping! But that's fine, it was meant to be.

I was denied Value Pay from Evine so I no longer shop with them.

it was totally my fault. I didn’t realize CC expired and I don’t answer unknown numbers. They never sent me an email. I missed a month but when I realized what happened, I updated CC and called them to pull money. Lady was very rude so decided they didn’t need my business.

@Marciirene I'm sorry this happened to you, but I think you need to ask for more information. Ask to speak to a supervisor if the person who takes your call, can't help you.

@Marciireneit would be great if after you receive the letter, if you can say what the problem was if you please.

There will be another free shipping and 5 easy pay in the future. It happens often so look out for it.

The only reason I could think was your returns were high. I don't know if that is the case but that was my thoughts. Hopefully, it ends up to be a glitch.

@Marciirene, I wonder if there is a limit as to how many EZ Pay items you can have at one time? Do you have several things that you are making payments on? I have no idea if that might be the case. Also, yesterday, because of the free shipping, there were several problems, as is usally the case on "special offer" days, so maybe it was just one of those glitches. If that's the case, customer service or the social team might be able to repeat the order at that price once you find out what the issue was. Good luck.

yup..welcome to the "new and improved" QVC. There's no guarantee your QCard will work, ever. I paid mine off and closed both my HSN and QCard. The QCard is just a gimmick.
