was supposed to recieve cuddle duds pj s today.no show!I called the q,and they made it right.i got a 8.00 credit put back on my qcard.kudos to customer service!

@Luvsmyfam I hope you realize those delivery dates you're given are ESTIMATED dates and not firm. I'm surprised they'd give you a refund under those circumstances. Now when the package arrives, you'll have to go to the trouble of returning it.

I received 2 packages from Amazon today for items I ordered yesterday. HSN shipped an item I ordered on the third day.

I commend those of you that are willing to jump through hoops to shop, I'm not. I also no longer have the patience to wait two weeks or so for an item. I just go elsewhere. Rediscovered Macy's, fast shipping too.

What's the $8 credit for?

An inconvenience compensation because it didn't arrive on the day you anticipated it?

I've had lots of things over the years that didn't come on the estimated day, should I have gotten a refund of some kind?

I wouldn't even call CS if I didn't get an item on the very day it was supposed to arrive.

There have been shipping delays for months with many retailers. They'd go broke if they had to give a credit for a delay of 1 day.

Wow! Great news! I can now get free shipping and a nice "inconvenience fee" when my package doesn't arrive as promised!
