`Candace Cameron Bure fashion

I have ordered several pieces and really like them for many reasons. I have one complaint or request for Candace. Please make your tps a little longer. I am long-waisted so most of your tops are just too short for my torso. Also, I am not some young thing so midriff showing is not really a great look for me.

Vendors are not allowed post on the forums, but who is to say that they do not. The forums are public, so anyone can open them and read.

I'm 5'8", I ordered a few CCB tops, and had to return each of them. Her clothes seem to be for juniors. What's to her hips, is nearly a crop on me, bad design, unless you're 5'1". She needs taller fit models, or call it a petite line, or juniors.

I am 5'3" and short waisted. The CCB tops measuring 23" to 25" fit me perfectly laying several inches below my natural waist and slightly above my hips. Very few QVC tops give me the fit I'm currently wearing with wide leg pants (which I prefer trouser length.. The only other exception is the occasional shorter length PLW top.

And by the way I am in my seventies, and find longer tops (covering the tush) and tunic tops unflattering on me. Too much fabric to deal with.

That's my complaint too.. .longer tops. For what she charges she could make them aliitle longer. At least 29" or more!

Funny, I thought what most people liked about her tops were that they were shorter in length. Which is the reason I don't like them.

Her stuff is just too expensive for me, although I love Candace herself. But I have noticed that her tops are always far too short for my liking. Cute but short.

I think most of the tops the Q offers are too long. I won't buy from her, but I wish more vendors offered shorter tops.

Her tops are very refreshing to find here. They are the length I definitely prefer my tops, similar to other retail sites.

QVC has many, many brands for tops and 90% of those brands have tops that are always longer. Always.

I hope Candace's tops remain the same length the are now.

Shorter tops and higher waists are on trend and I'm here for it. There are many vendors on the Q with longer tops, and I never buy.

While not everything Candace does is my cup of tea I am so happy that she makes shorter tops. Most of QVC's tops are way too long so I can't purchase them. I have several of her tops and I love them. Keep them coming Candace.

I agree with the OP. The tops are too short for my long torso. And who's to say that the vendors don't read the forums. I would bet at least half of them do. How else are they gonna find out what the public really thinks. On Facebook everything seems to be all nice he nice. On here, they can get a real understanding about what people like and don't like.

The designers design clothes that fit and look good on them. They have to wear it and sell it, so the clothing has to flatter their body type. I think Candace is either short or short waisted and that is why i have not ordered any of her clothing.

She is short (5'2") and in the beginning, purchasedmany items from her line. It does seem the tops have gotten shorter and for summer, many items are short sleeve or sleevelss...not for me. I wear long sleeves all summer...no sticky SPF on arms and less chance of sunburn.

I also think as her line has progressed, the tops have gotten shorter and I've had to return many. IMO, she seems to have changed the offerings to a younger crowd.

@zebra9 my point exactly. You're 5'3", and short waisted. You're even taller than she is. And the clothes fit. Imagine 5" taller. She's not a designer, she's an actress, someone is designing the clothes, to fit her body type. She should rebrand this line for petites. Or take a lesson from Ms. Renee Greenstein, who actually was a fit model, and understands you have to adjust the clothing, as the size changes. CCB is basically a name, representing someone's designs. And yes, many Q line tops are frumpy, polyester, yuck too long styles. Be nice to have something in between.
