Order History - missing purchases

Has anyone had previous orders in their order history missing? I was looking for something in my history and it isn't there. The earliest orders go back quite a few years, so I am sure it would have been there. Looks like qvc deleted some orders.

Yes that happened to me last wk as I was about to print slip for a return and the item was missing .A few days later it appeared .

Not sure what is going on at QVC web

I never ever can get decent information using this, it is so frustrating to know I ordered something, so I put in the item, the brand, bagels, cashmere, etc. and nine times out of 10 I get nothing. Then I end up having to scroll page after page after page trying to find some thing. Good rule of thumb, I always ordered something at least a year earlier than I thought I did.

My order history list has been incomplete for years.

QVC has been removing past orders. All of mine are gone before 2021. I had been able to pull up 3 years of orders not too long ago.

I started printing out the list in case I wanted to refer to any of them.

Maybe, they need the space in their system.

I don't care what I ordered way back. What I do care about are the orders that are missing from the past year. No rhyme or reason. But I've moved on, knowing I will never own a pair of NYDJ jeans at a reasonable TSV price, that order disappeared before my eyes.

My order history goes back only a couple of years. However I needed a proof of purchase for a warranty and the mods were able to retrieve it for me.
