Did anyone else happen to see her presenting that vibrating work out machine? Your supposed to stand on the thing, but she was sitting on it!!! It was quite awkward watching that LOL

Yes.I saw it. That piece of equiptment came in two pieces. The bottom part is made to stand on. Included is another piece that has a padded seat that goes on top of the stand on base.

She demonstrated the equipment correctly. What do you think she was supposed to do with the padded seat attachment?

As @Carmie posted, it's designed to be used seated, or standing. Both uses were demonstrated numerous times by hosts and the vendor. The seated demo wasn't more awkward than the standing in my opinion.

@shellwwwwww What is awkward is you should have done your homework before posting your comment. As another poster pointed out the equipment comes with a seat attachment so Amy demonstrated it correctly.

@Teddixat What homework? This is a discussion board, and the OP wanted to discuss Amy sitting. She thought it looked awkward that's all. I got it I don't know why some of you seem to think she needed that explained. Rude!

@manny2 - No, the OP clearly said that you are "supposed to stand" on the equipment being shown. Read her post again - she was criticizing Amy for sitting, when she should have been standing on it. She clearly didn't take the time to find out that this piece of exercise equipment comes with a seat - to be sat on - and that Amy was demonstrating it correctly.

The OP was wrong. Period.

@shellwwwwww - Wrong. It also comes with a seat, to use in a seated position.

Nothing awkward about Amy demonstrating it properly.

@manny2 I think people were 'explaining' since the OP said -- 'you're supposed to use it standing.' So, it seemed she hadn't watched presentations long enough to know the proper usage. It appeared she was convinced Amy was using it incorrectly. She wasn't, so clarification was offered.

O.k @Venezia You are right I got it wrong, but I didn't get the rude part wrong. There is no reason to be rude. Just simply say you can sit on it. See how simple that is.

I didn't think she was going to make it through the demo. Some hosts should not demonstrate the exercise equipment shows. They just were not cut out for it.

I don't know. I didn't hear her but now that you mention it, maybe there is a different pronounciation of the color ochre vs the fruit okra. Anyone know? I think though I guess that thread was deleted @Kachina624,

Isn't Delshell the same poster who recently criticized Fatima from MAC for wearing a headcovering while demonstrating makeup application? I do not know if Fatima wore the headcovering as a sign of her faith/religion, or if it was worn because it was her fashion choice of the day. Now, she's here stating that a program host incorrectly demonstrated how to use exercise equipment. That particular exercise equipment can be used standing or sitting. The OP did not bother herself to consider that many women use something to keep hair away from their faces while applying makeup. She just went straight to disparaging the MAC representative. And again, the OP could not be bothered to get up to speed on the fact that the vibration plate can be used standing or sitting. My stars, I cannot wait to see what Delshell's next contribution is going to be.

You are mistaken. You are not supposed to stand on them, you can stand and most people do but people with balance issues or who don't want to stand, sit when they use it. I noticed that the QVC one comes with a seat but it's low down which would not work some. I have owned the Tony Little version for about a year. I sit in a straight chair when I use it. It vibrates all my muscles. It's a good workout. Hubby stands and uses the hand weights when he uses it. You obviously didn't actually watch the presentation or listen to the information provided.
