Did Anyone Else Get (and fill out) the Recent Survey?

Yesterday, I got an on-line survey from the Q regarding gift and holiday shopping and where I shop. I thought I'd fill it out. Ultimately, it seemingly went on forever! I found it annoying but finished it.

Final answer.... was no, I don't gift shop from QVC. But they also didn't ask me why I don't, which I thought rather funny. That answer would have been that returns would be difficult for the recipient, shipping times are undependable and there is really nothing gift worthy. Same re-cycled things that I see all year!

I do buy plenty of things for myself. Anyone else fill it out? Thoughts?

I received one but the screen wouldn't advance to the next (screen). Had forgotten all about until you posted.

I figured they probably didn't really want negative input.......or real truth.......LOL

In all my years shopping at the Q I never once have received a survey. I have filled out a couple though that I got from HSN over the years.

Don't do surveys. Didn't get one and if I did I would of discarded it. The last one I got was about Antonella b4 she was displaced.

I have never gotten a survey from either QVC or HSN. I guess I don't spend enough at either one!

I did get a survey, and was more than willing to complete it, until it went on FOREVER! I quit after about 15 minutes.

I get them from Walmart and Target all the time, but never from the Q....HSN either......

I got the survey, and though I don't usually bother with them, I thought I would this time. I started it, but the questions were so repetitive I just gave up.

Got HSN survey last week and returned it but nothing from the Q. I’ll watch for it (call me crazy but I like surveys???).

I got a survey from QVC about a month ago. When I went to take it; it read ,"You have already completed this survey." but I didn't. I get them every few months.

I received one for the first time but was unable to open tbe link to look at it. I have been shopping at Q since 1986. I really didn't think they cared about our opinions anyway as carry on as usual. Wow 20 $25.00 gift certificates in a drawing. Impressive!

No, they always want too much personal information, which I think is their main purpose.

I received it, started it, stopped it after they asked personal info, age, financial details, level of education. I do not share that so they can sell it to others.

Yes, I received it but it was too long. I quit before finishing. I followed up with an email to let them know I thought the survey was too long, too repetitive. If you didn't receive the survey, it was very interesting that they wanted to know how the Q compared to Amazon, Nordstrom's, Kohls, Target, Walmart, etc, in different categories. The comparison questions went into great detail. Companies like Q hire marketing companies to develop these surveys and analyze the data. What is clear to me is that the new CEO is looking for ways to improve the company and revenue. We'll see. I wish him well.

I got one last week but when I clicked on "next" after saying yes to doing the survey it said "thank you for your response" or something of that ilk. Never got a chance to respond so I wonder what they thought I said.
