Not everything in the stated “categories” is FREE shipping😡

I've been patiently waiting for a certain decorative piece of Temptations to be "in stock". Finally, it is 😊

I placed the order and thought the s/h fee ($5.50) would clear off after checkout nope still got charged.

Since I've waited months for this item I submitted the order. Went back to Temptations category & only certain items are free shipping.

I read the disclaimer and it reads all items in Kitchen are free.

Guess I'll cross my fingers it ships and ask for a credit, if applicable.

So Beware ...

when you click on the link in the category, you will see links for the items that are available for free shipping. it has to say BLACK FRIDAY SALE for it to qualify for free shipping.

i guess the banner can be a bit confusing.

@homedecor1 I think the shipping fee has to disappear BEFORE we hit submit. If it doesn't and I don't want the item if I have to pay shipping, I go back and reread the details before I place the order.

I did not see the banner or hear the presentation so I have no idea of the details for this item - Just know the fee has always disappeared before I agreed to a total or I already knew I couldn't find the item elsewhere and agreed to pay it.

@homedecor1 I received an email from QVC specifically stating free shipping on Temptations through Sunday @11:59pmET. Check with CS.

I just checked on the app and it clearly states that ALL Temptations ships for free until end of day Sunday.

Just cancelled a $100 order because the blouse had shipping charges. Very annoying. I don't need the items anyway. In the midst of searching QVC sends me a survey - would I recommend Qvc to a friend. No

Well I reached out to QVC and "home" items are not included🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️yet here's a example of home item and free shipping.

I ordered this item candle holders Temptations which clearly states free shipping on all in disclaimer).

If I didn't gift these & saw how nice they were I'd cancel.

But this is a table runner and it's free shipping..who knows the rules🤦‍♀️

I am very sorry but the free shipping only applies to Temp-tations culinary items.

Barbara is wrong I cited several non-culinary items by Temptations which are free shipping.

She posted a screen shot, and I was just confirming that on the QVC app, it shows the same picture, and does not state that all Temptation items are free shipping.

My error, email was sent by temptations. Just received a second one at 5:02 today that says "Free shipping on QVC on all temptations by Tara" and the sale ends Sunday at 11.59 pm, 5 easy pays. Did anyone else get this? Think QVC and Tara should make this happen.

It's just annoying ...every Temptation item comes up except the newer stuff. Has nothing to do with Black Friday items...
