Problem Ordering This Morning

Tried to put through an order (D&C) this morning. It was my second order of the day. When I tried to submit it, it said "Oops" we can't deliver to your area. Very strange. I love in New York and have been ordering for years with no problem. So I called Customer Service and after being on hold for about 20 minutes, I decided to try putting my order through on my iPhone and it went through. That was a first.

Suggest you keep an eye on your addresses and other private info and make sure they are listed as you want them to be.

Happened to me. Refreshed my page a few times, then it worked.

That sometimes happens when your item has sold out but the computer hasn't caught up.
