I ordered a bottle of Philosophy LAST WEEK for my daughter for Christmas and the estimated delivery date was DEC. 27TH. I assumed she would get it in time for Christmas. When I called Customer Service, they told me they could get it there (NY) in time for an EXTRA CHARGE OF $5.00. I told them to forget it. Now, I see on the QVC web page that they are advertising Philosophy. THE BEST PART IS THAT THEY ARE STATING IT WILL ARRIVE BEFORE CHRISTMAS AT NO EXTRA CHARGE! Why couldn't they deliver my Philosophy item which I ordered LAST WEEK at no extra charge? DOES QVC KNOW WHAT IT IS DOING? APPARENTLY NOT! I have been with them for a very long time. I am getting truly disgusted with their deception, overcharging, and poor shipping. They used to be a great company.
