Mods question re return - need help please.

Received today Traybo 2.0 pillow tray.

On front of box there are stick-on address labels #1-3. first label addressed to me, second stick on underneath invoice but no #3 return label.

This item does not work for me - what address do I return this large package to. Thank you.

Where you return an item is listed on this site under Returns or Frequently Asked Questions. It's on this site and depends what the item is and where in the country you live.

@dulwich Another thing, you can print out a return label just by going to your order number under your order status. You can print out a duplicate return label with bar code and everything.

I did find the addresses on this site. Go to bottom of the home page Customer Care -FAQs, then Returns, Then Where Do I Send A Return?or something like that and it gives the right warehouse according to product and your location.

@Pearlee Yes, I went to home page and found the correct return address. Unfortunately, our printer died DH not got around to getting new one!

Hi, @dulwich and @Pearlee ! This is a little off topic but I'd recommend the Epson Ecotank printer (mine is ET-4760) to replace your printers. I used to have HPs and went broke replacing ink cartridges especially in our dry/low humidity environment. I got mine a couple of years ago and am still on the set of inks that came with the printer. Refills are about $20.
