I'm leaving no reviews at this time because I'm being asked to change my nick name....so no review. It's time I take to help another customer. I don't need to jump a hoop to do that.

This is something that should be done away with.

@candyagain - Just enter your current nickname; I've been able to leave reviews and ratings without any issues after getting past that initial annoyance. Good luck!

Candyagain, I've been refusing to change me nickname for a few months. (I had had to change it years ago, and I lost a lot.)

Anyway, this morning, a CS agent (about the sixth one I talked to) told me to just enter my old nickname where they wanted a new one. IT WORKED.

Don't surrender your older name. Just type it in again.

What a relief.
