Reviews Are Hidden Again

For the past three days I haven't been able to read any reviews. They are there - as indicated on the page. I have no trouble reading the questions and answers.

Is anyone else having this issue?

I know there have been threads about this in the past, but I didn't want this post to be at the end of an older one.

@beach-mom Have you tried temporarily switching to a different browser? That often works.

Yes, periodically for quite some time. Try clicking on the rating located on the left upper page under the item title. It should flip the page down to the reviews. You may need to try that several times.

Sometimes that works for me.

On my iPad, I can't even load QVC or this community. A few weeks ago, I took my Apple frustration into Verizon where someone got it working again, but he did say Apple and Safari do not always play well together. Boy, was he right. Keeps happeneing.

No problems seeing all reviews with Windows Explorer, (yeah I know, outdated)

or Firefox on my desk tops.

No problems on my Samsung phone (don't use the app)

No problems on my Kindle...that uses something called Silk.

@beach-momWhen qvc was selling the TSV Vionic athletic mules one could see the number of stars from reviews underneath the title of the product written by customers who ordered early but like you I was unable to read those reviews because they were hidden from view and switching to a different browser did not work. So, they lost a sale from me.

When I can read the reviews I've noticed they are taken from the vendor site vs. customers from Q who have received.

I find the reviews no longer are helpful as most are "inaccurate".

I've stopped buying anything clothing, shoes, etc. from Q due to most the time it doesn't fit right! There are plenty of stores with better prices, discounts, coupons and try on for me to shop!

This is a continual problem for me. I have to reboot my iPad and login again in order to see reviews. It's getting annoying for sure as I'm having to do it daily.

Most complaints I have read here about not being able to read reviews are from Ipad users.

May it's an Apple thing?

I'd try using a different system or browser like suggested.

I just read the 46 reviews posted for David's latest book.

Some of them are hysterical! So amusing!

But why are they allowed to post a review for a book not yet published??

Yes, it's been going for a little while now .. I don't appreciate it ..before I buy I like to check the reviews and it says see page 2 ... they need to fix this
