MISSING OUT ON ITEMS BECAUSE OF STUPID POP UPS

I was trying to order an item today that I knew was going to sellout fast, so I was trying to order my size and color when that dreaded going going gone pop up came up. I tried canceling it but it took long enough for my size and color to sell out.Grrr@#$#&

THAT IS BEYOND ANNOYING! As is that get the Q Card annoying pop up!

That pop up is very annoying I agree ! it's also on HSN why on earth would they have that pop up ad land right over your view of the item sizes and colors ? DUH !!

Again, I say there is a definite problem with the QVC server company that QVC uses. There are so many glitches that occur constantly and poor web design, one of the many problems I agree is that the pop up covers the ordering process. Tonight I also just missed out on two sold out items because of that dratted pop up. Evidently the IT design team did not put a lot of thought into that design.

@Goodie2shoes. I guess they want the people who already have it in their cart--- the 1,200 people they are telling you about-- to be sure to get theirs, so they make it so you can't see it or order it! 😂😆

I so agree! Apparently they don't realize they are hurting their sales, first, by making it more difficult to order, and then second, annoying their customers! You've pulled up the item, so obviously you're interested, especially if something is selling quickly, but the pop up actually prevents you from purchasing! It's so obvious, and there have been many complaints, too bad that the Q doesn't listen!

I thought they had fixed that because one day last week I was looking at an item and instead of the pop up coming in and covering the item details, a small notice of "how many shoppers have put this in their cart" just slid down on the right side of the screen. It didn't obscure anything.

I guess that was just a fluke.

Nope still pops up right over placing your order. So annoying, right now I just had the very same problem

Yep, those pop ups are so darn ANNOYING!! A lot of times I will bypass ordering from the website and go with automated ordering by phone I have that number as a Contact preinstalled on my phone and if something is limited and going to sell out fast I can get my order in with no problem.......

Most devices have options to stop pop-ups in their settings. You can also download a pop-up blocker.
