I have used live chat also and have always been pleased with their customer service!

I have always had tremendous service with the live chat. And they are available evenings and weekends.

I've had excellent CS from the mods here.

last time I had a return (rare for me), I made the mistake of phoning CS and eventually got my full refund on a defective item, but the rep was resistant to giving it to me.

I again had to return a defective product recently. If they deduct my s/h from the refund, I'll email the mods here.
