@colover good for Jill - especially should the relationship last for years. Neither of the couple is especially terribly young, so I think they know something of who they are as adults and IMO that's very important

AGE is just a NUMBER, If it is meant to be it will no matter what the difference is.

Did hear her mention a few times lately about a boyfriend knowing that she had broken up with someone else,.

Maybe the breakup was meant to be

I thought Jill was Shawn's age - 49. Agree no big deal on the age difference. She'll probably be mentioning it all the time like she did with the last boyfriend. But not as much as Jane talks about the daughters.

I am happy for both of them. Life is short and we have to grab happiness when we find it and hold on. What is the big deal when a woman dates a man 9 or 10 years younger? I have a problem with men who date and marry women who are young enough to be their daughters and sometimes their granddaughters. Now that is kind of gross.
