Hoodie

Is it me? I have had enough of hoodies being sold. I am a collar person. Although, I did buy a couple of hoodies, I wish it would stop and the fashion designers would put collars on the item they want to sell. Give me your opinion.

I am not a hood person at all so ITA. I don't even wear winter coats with hoods!

I don't generally like them, but I must say, I just bought some Stan Herman terry robes with hoods, and it's not so much that I would ever wear them (I might, outdoors talking to a neighbor on a chilly day) but I have found they add a nice dimensional interest and the provide a different focal point than the same garment without the hood. It keeps the robe from sliding forward on my shoulders, too.

I have both, like both & there's plenty of both styles to choose from so that's what I do.

I have a couple of sweatshirts with hoods in the off chance it would ever rain here and be cold at the same time. Most of the time if it should rain and I'm out and about I don't care if I get wet because it feels so nice.

Just for me, they are an outerwear item. Don't want them on any inside wear.

I love hoodies but I buy both with and without. A hood never stops me from buying a lightweight jacket

Have only owned one windbreaker with a hood and vowed never again. That was in the 1960's. I hated it!

I love hoodies. I wear them almost all the time – inside and outside. I never buy jackets or coats without hoods. They’re more versatile, at least to me. Besides, my head tends to get cold.

Me too. However it does not bother me to see others wear them. I just don't buy them

I like them on heavier sweatshirts for very casual wear. Great when it’s cold and windy. I always buy one from places we’ve been as a reminder of happy times. Part of my outdoor vibe, I guess. Great for wearing on the beach in cooler weather.

I own and wear several hoodies in different fabrics and colors. I like a sweatshirt that zips up the front and it's hard to find one without a hoodie. I do pull the hoods over my head when I'm outside in winter. My cardigan sweaters have been replaced by hoodies.

I used to live in So. CA and owned not one hood. Moved to a very cold, windy state and now will not buy outer wear without a hood.

Not a fashion statement where I live, LOL~!
