VIDEOS???

Where are all the videos to check out merchandise online? Most of what I have tried to shop for this past weekend had no video! I find these so very helpful.

@bargainsgirl Without some items numbers, we can't check to see if the videos are really missing or whether there's a problem with you seeing them on your device. Often, a change of browser will make them appear.

I can't see videos either...where the video clip is supposed to be all I have is the message "See It in Action" but when I click on it nothing happens. I can watch videos on any other site including HSN.

BUT if I use Explorer I can see videos...just not using Chrome. Go figure! Been like this for a couple of days.

I can't see the videos either in Chrome or Safari. It appears if you want to see the Videos you have to use the APP. I think Q IS DOING THIS TO MAKE US USE THE APP.

@Kachina624 I use either Safari or Chrome and can't see the videos. The only way for me to see the Videos is by using the Q App. I think Q is doing this on purpose to encourage us to use the APP. Same goes for the Q card

@Teddixat I haven't had trouble seeing videos and I never use the app. I use Chrome for Android or Firefox. I see no advantage to bothering with the app, especially since you can't access the forums.

The videos play fine on my 7 year old Windows 10 laptop using Chrome, Edge, and Firefox.

Suddenly the videos are working again!! ( an hour ago they were not) Many bugs in QVC website I am thinking! Thanks for fixing!

I have not been able to see any product videos for two days now. I have MS Edge, also. I do not use apps, either. I called and chatted with QVC who denied they know about any problem! Su, they are either not working on it, don't monitor this forum, or just don't care.
