STOPPED WATCHING Q2

QVC cable guide tells me when all shows are "new". Q2 shows that I've recorded have been repeat shows. None are listed as new.

There needs to be a set block of time when ALL shows on Q2 are going to be live or I'm done with it.

Besides, if nothing appealed to me on the Q, why bother watching the same shows twice on Q2?

I thought there were in fact dedicated time slots when Q2 was live? I thought Mary's kitchen show was always live at the same time every week and there was a live clothing show every week. Other than that I don't really know.

I don't watch Q2 anymore. I quit watching when they dropped the live programming and I've never gone back.

@Lipstickdiva It's been stated that Elise was taken off some of the QVC programming to have shows on Q2. So, why do that and then not tell us when? I said a few weeks ago, moving a host to Q2 is the "kiss of death"....like being sent to a deserted island.

Before Dan Hughes had his health episode (he is doing well and will be back in May) ....he had a new show that he said would be live on Q2 on a weekly basis......

I agree there needs to be a designated time period and block for all the live shows that makes it easier to find them rather than just scattered here and there....

I think the Q2 Live shows are every weekday from 1:00pm to 9:00pm (ET). Some of the shows have a host, but I think most are vendor solo shows.

Q2 is also Live on weekends, but I'm not sure of the hours.

I recorded a fashion clearance show on Q2 yesterday out of curiosity...Live w/ Amy Stran...3 hrs. almost Fashion's Night In. Not sure if this weekly, but I was shocked it wasn't repeat programming. It didn't say NEW on my guide.

I believe the live Q2 shows are weekdays from 1-4pm (EST). They used to be live until 9 pm until they shut down the channel.

I only know the live times because I have been recording the gardening programs on at that time. Before and after those times they are repeat programs from QVC.

I stopped watching Q2 as well. Q2 went defunct in 1996.

I'm not sure why you need to consult a cable guide about QVC2 when the program guide on the website does so for you. When a QVC2 show has a program host indicated, then that show is new. When no program host is indicated, it is either a pre-recorded program or a show with a brand's on-air representative and no host.

We dont even get Q2 on Comcast cable, sounds like no loss. we do get HSN 2 which is all reruns.

we get QVC2 and QVC3 on our xfinity......channels 86 and 87.

We don't get #2 on our cable. Wouldn't watch it anyway. Don't know why qvc is trying to resurrect a defunct channel of theirs. It failed the first time, what makes TPTB think it will do well now?
