I saw something pop up on Instagram from her saying she'd be back to work March 5th and that this is the longest she's ever been gone from QVC.

It would give me anxiety to use 3 weeks of vacation within the first 3 months of the year. LOL

@Tinkerbell3 No. Jennifer announced ahead of time on her social media pages that she didn't take as much time as allotted for her last year because of all the changes at QVC. So she was actually told that she needed to take a lot of days off.

The same thing happens at my job, We accrue vacation days off, but only a certain number of days can be carried over into the new year. The extra days are lost. So if you know already that you have certain vacation days ahead, and will still have too many, you take them so you won't lose them. It's commonly called Use or Lose days.
