I usually use the return label provided by the Q. However, I could not find the packing slip with the return label. So, I had to go to my order and print out a new return label. I returned two items on the same day: one with the Q provided label and the one that I printed. Two days later I went online to check on my returns. The one with the Q label showed no activity. The one with my home printed label showed that it had been logged in and it showed that I had printed it. It also showed the tracking number for the Q label with no activity and my label with activity. I like to keep track of my returns and I found this to be a big help. </FONT></P><P>&nbsp;</P><P><FONT face="book antiqua,palatino" size="4">I know that his is a little thing but I'm a little OCD about returns.
