QVC app - Garment sizing

Does anyone else have an issue with the app not being able to show specific garment measurements? When I click on the link for it, a window pops up, with nothing in it.

I can view it fine on my PC, but just not on the app.

@mimy13. Are you using Safari? There is a problem with the link between QVC and Safari which QVC can't fix. Try using qvc.com instead of t h e app and also downloading a different browser.

"Sizing" seems to be a challenge with EVERYONE who sells clothing.

@mimy13. I use an Android device and have never had a problem viewing anything but never use the Q app.

Well I DO have that problem too. Sometimes the measurements show up and sometimes they don't. I have an I phone. I don't know why this is happening, but it is annoying. At least it is not just me.

Yes I am having that very same problem and it is so annoying. Not using Safari. Just started happening what probably a week, week and a half two weeks ago? Sizing never works any longer on my phone in their app but always here on my desktop. But I don't sit at my desktop when watching tv. QVC - please fix!

@mimy13 - This is one of the reasons I never do any "real" browsing on the app; if I need to view anything that requires a pop-up window, such as size charts or nutrition info for food, the app is abysmal. (I also use the Android version.) If I'm really interested in an item I find on the app, I now just close it and open a browser window on my device to do some actual shopping. I hope you figure things out for your situation...
