Russell Stover not fulfilling orders

How sad that a company can't let people know something. They give you a date of delivery as the 17th of Nov and nothing still has shipped. I will never order from them again.

I consider them a drug store brand not a gourmet choclatier. Sadly I am not shocked by your disappointment.

@Reever I bought their Tins and candy last year and it was the best candy I ever ate. Tasted nothing like what you buy at the store but this is unacceptable at Holiday Season to not even let the customer know what is going on when orders where placed in Sept. Even QVC don't know what is going on. I am beyond angry.

@BalletBabe. There's another post here today about Russell Stover not filling orders. Obviously a problem there. Maybe their Q orders had a low priority and they were short on product.

@Kachina624 I tried to leave a lousy review and it won't post, but there are three others there with the same complaint. They took a lot of orders to mess with this many people is not good. A apology letter with a explaination might be accepted, but to just ignore is very poor. Hope Q never uses them again. Where is the other post? I can't find it?

@CoffeeNut Not sure but if they are having issues filling orders that is most likely why nothing is available. I know they had a lot available. I have orders in for $160.00 worth of candy and tins. I am ready to scream and the worst part is I can't cancel them.

I order direct from RS. Only had an issue once but it was not their fault the package went away from me instead of to me. Someone put it on the wrong truck.

They have some chocolates 30% off til midnight central time. Free shipping on $60.

We like the chocolate coconut clusters & the Pangburn's Sea Salt Millionaire$.

Estimated Delivery: 11/30/2020 order was supposed to ship 11/9 and it is still in process. Whe I tried to cancel it kicked it to Nov and supposed to be here by the 30th??? Well today is 26th and it has not shipped.

Those tins look different from the ones on RS site.

Lots of drama on this thread.

Is it really true that people will never, ever order again because the deliveries are late?

Is it really so critical to have this item on an exact date or to get it a week or two later?

Maybe the little tins arrived late to the factory.

Maybe more people called off ill and they have a slow down.

Maybe some of the chocolate machines broke.

Maybe they underestimated how many they would sell and how long it would take to pack them all up.

This is the year of a pandemic, after all.

As long as it arrives before the New Year, I have no stress.

Chocolate stays fresh for a few months (at least).

(I have placed two orders, one for now and one for early December as a gift.)

@FancyPhillyshopper Yes it is a big deal!!!! Why because some of us planned on giving gifts for Thanksgiving. Also customers deserve an explaination when a order can't be a delivered by a certain date. How do I now I am getting them at all-----Answer I don't!

I did find you can email customerservice@russellstover.com Not sure if you can contact the company directly and ask about any production delays.

@CoffeeNut Yes I did on the 17th when I was supposed to have them. They tried to cancel it and they can't. so instead of it cancelling, it changed the date to the 30th. Well it is the 26th and nothing shipped yet. I Just wrote them a letter and I have their 800 number and I will try to reach them. If I find anything out, I wil let the social team know as well as posting it here.

What a mess!

I adore Russell Stover! In these times, I'm surprised anything gets sent out (and arrives) as if the world were normal right now.
