I just this morning saw her on my local News channel here in New York. She did a contributing piece with regard to fashion items. She was sort of reminiscent of Jill Martin I'd like to say? Not a fan of GILI Jill nor her NBC Today show contributions. If Courtney wants to cultivate a life style gig of this sort I'm hopeful someone close to her guides her away from anything that might resemble JM.

I do wish her the best in her endeavors. I hadn't known for sure that QVC severed ties with Courtney. I wish for her the best of both worlds balancing both being a mom and career.

She resigned from QVC sometime in late Spring before she had her baby. Thought she wanted to be a full time Mom.

@Kindaglitzy It wasn't a resignation. QVC let her go. Yes, Courtney said the oft-used phrase, "I am going to spend time being a mom..." That's exactly what Kristine Zell said as well, when QVC let her go. They were telling the truth, but it was because they were let go.

Courtney had an earlier on-air assignment on Good Day New York, back in October -- about fashions. I think she's a natural for these types of jobs. She is fabulous with fashion trends, has an approachable personality, has a great sense of humor, and is very attractive in everything she wears.

I thought being a QVC host was not really her best fit, but I always liked Courtney otherwise. I hope she does a fantastic job in her new ventures!

I kind of got the feeling that Jill Bauer helped her out with getting the NBC gig. According to JB, she and Courtney have become good friends.

@Lipstickdiva I agree. They both thank the same woman when they get their new appearances. I think she's a TV agent or manager behind the scenes. Jill may have been a good job network person for Courtney.

Courtney Cason was a very talented professional woman. I think if she chose to she could just about fit in on any national or local news, TV channel. She is young, attractive, and speaks very well. She is easy to look at and listen to. I think she did well at QVC, but really could go farther with her career in journalism rather than just TV home shopping sales.

CourtneyC did make an appearance on one of DavidV's shows to announce she was leaving and say goodbye. Others let go did not seem to be able to do that.

Yes, she did, on June 10, 2020, almost exactly 12 weeks after her last day at work on-air. QVC paid her 12 week family leave and the two parted ways, yet apparently on good terms. Only 2 out of 8 hosts let go this year got to say goodbye on-air.

Rachelle McCray announced her departure in July 2020.

@banned again I said Rachelle announced her departure in July 2020. She did, on her social media pages.

Yes, QVC let her go months earlier, but Rachelle did not make her QVC Good Bye until July. It was weird, but her choice.
