No Invoice with orders!!!

I have received too many , ask my husband lol, orders that have no invoices! Not only do you not have a item number but no return label.

Just called CS and they say it is a computer problem that they are trying to fix. I know that this has been going on for a fairly long time. At first I thought it was a drop ship problem. It is not.

I find this unacceptable. JMHO

@Babe3 If you have a computer and printer go to qvc.com for a list of all your orders including order and item numbers. If you need a return label you can print that also.

I thought it was just me. Yes, I've rec'd maybe 3 packages with out and paper work. That ought to slow down returns. Got to go to item on line order and print one. or call, if you have the time.

I don't think it is a computer problem at all. I think the C/S rep just gave a pat answer since he/she didn't know.

I have also received many w/o invoices or paperwork. All were direct ships in my case.

Again, I NEVER receive packing slips OR invoices from Amazon EVER!

Also Target and Walmart never send them. I think it is a way to save money?

For all the above retailers including QVC, I receive an email confirmation of my ordering giving ALL the needed information.

Just use your emails.

All the information on the invoice you can get online. If you need a return label, the mods will happily send you one. I think they're trending away from including invoices as most other online retailers no longer include them. Better get used to it.

I read this complaint a lot here on the forums, but the 20 or so orders I've placed in the last 2 months, I've received an invoice in every single order.

Not sure why the difference, but I always get an invoice, which includes the return label.

I don't get invoices with Amazon or Target either. If I need to return something all of the information is on the website. I recently returned something to QVC without an invoice, but the information was available to print from my order.

Now when I don't get one I immediately call QVC and request one by mail since I don't have a printer.
I just got one yesterday from them that is for a Christmas gift. I don't want to wait until after Christmas and not have one.

It's costing QVC more so it looks like they would fix it!,

I don't think it is costing them more.

To mail out an invoice or return label to those who request it would seem to be a WAY smaller number than those of us who using online resources.

Just thinking of all the orders I get from many vendors w/o packing slips or invoices...what a paper saving that is! LOL When I look at the massive pile of invoices from the Q I do have...zeesh...what a lot of paper and ink!

As a previous poster said, it seems to be the way of things these days. We may not appreciate it much, but Many sellers are moving to it.

Me too .The last 2 things I bought didn't have a receipt. I know it's on line but I don't have a printer. I would rather have the receipt.

@Babe3 This is weird. When I pull off the shipping label on my purchases, the paperwork is under the label. Always get an invoice.

I am tired of receiving things that have simply been tossed in a bag! QVC has been slowly going downhill. There is such a lack of care

I have found that most items shipped directly from vendors don't include invoices. This happens with every company I order from these days. It's not a big deal. I go online to my order history and print what I need if I have to return it.

This has happened to me a lot and it's not only recently. Once in a while they have those stupid labels that have an invoice with it but till you get it off the package it's not worth the paper it's printed on. Let's face it, QVC just isn't what it used to be and I've been with then since the beginning. Does anyone from QVC even read these are we just letting off steam to each other? LOL

I don’t need a paper invoice. I can view my account online and print a return label if needed.

It does not bother me anymore because less I have to cut up or shred. Exception is, if I have to return then I have to do their work for them and it does cost money ink/paper to print return information which I have already paid for via my purchase. I have never had to return to Amazon so not sure how that works.

Maybe QVC should give you an option at checkout. Invoice and return label or not. Not everyone has a printer.

I agree and don't think this is a "computer problem" ~at all~.... mainly because I've noticed no invoices included on occasion for many years.

I have had the same problem. They did send one to me but it took about 8-10 days. I'm afraid if they should ever quit sending them I will not be ordering any more.
