    <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently ordered a jacket, within about a week I received an email noting that my return on the same jacket had been processed and I would be refunded my payment minus the shipping fee!! &amp;nbsp;Other items were delivered from QVC during that time to my address so it wasn't as it there was an issue with an address etc. &amp;nbsp;How are they processing these "returns" without a return slip when the items are not even delivered let alone opened? &amp;nbsp;I didn't even bother trying to get the shipping charge refunded... customer service has not been helpful lately and I didn't want to even deal with it... &amp;nbsp;I ended up reordering the same jacket paying shipping yet again and it magically showed up in a couple days...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Recent Trouble With My Orders</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't know what has happened to QVC lately. My last three orders have had problems.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First: I ordered the recent Diamonique TSV stack rings (back in late June). I ordered them in silver and liked them so much when they arrived that I went ahead and ordered them in gold clad. When the second set of rings arrived I opened the box and it was EMPTY!! Called CS and a new set was sent out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Next up: I ordered another Diamonique ring. When it arrived there were two stones missing from the ring. Sent it back. Kept trying to track the return and all I kept getting on the USPS website was that the "item was picked up by agent". Called the post office to see what that meant. It meant that the item was picked up through a third party - it could be UPS, FedEX, DHL or Newgistics. In my case it was picked up by Newgistics. ( I never even heard of them before this) Once the package is picked up through a third party, it's out of USPS tracking. So I went to the Newgistics website and according to their tracking, QVC did receive my return.&amp;nbsp;Called QVC CS&amp;nbsp; to see if they had received the return and just never updated the return status - I was told they hadn't received it. I gave them the tracking number and stated that according to Newgistics they HAD received my return - 5 days prior. I was put on hold for awhile and was then told that they would credit my account. They never did update my order status page to show the return.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lastly: I ordered another Diamonique ring. Yeah, I'm a glutton for punishment!! I ordered online and didn't realize that it was on easy pay until after I submitted my order. I called CS within 30 minutes and asked that I be charged the full amount instead of the easy pays. I was told they couldn't do that. WHAT?! I've done it before with no problem. So I called CS again and &lt;EM&gt;that&lt;/EM&gt; person said it would be no problem to change it. So I placed my order on Monday, checked on Tuesday and it said that it was shipped. Checked on Wednesday and it stated that it was RETURNED. WHAT?!?! Called CS to see what was going on. I said I never received the order - as a matter of fact it would be impossible for them to ship it and for me to receive it and return it in the space of three days. I had no tracking info but the CS rep did. She couldn't make any sense out of the tracking, only that it never showed that it was delivered to me. She said that it was definitely showing that the item was returned to QVC. Oh, and the best part? I was charged $6.95 for returning the item that I never received. Ok, so she refunds me for the original order (and the return shipping) and places a new order for me. The new order was placed on July 17 and didn't ship out until July 21. Four days!!! Still haven't received the order as of today, July 26. The last tracking info was on July 23 - showing that it's at the Bethlehem, Pa post office, which is 50 miles away. Who knows whether this information is even accurate considering all the problems of the previous wrong tracking. Will I get my order? Was it returned to QVC? Who knows!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm so frustrated. I've been shopping with QVC since April 1987. I don't know what's going on with them. I've been reading all the problems other customers are having - all the complaints about slow shipping, receiving wrong items etc. It doesn't seem like QVC is taking any steps in correcting all these problems.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's true bad things are happening but if I were you, I would stopped buying DMQ after that 2nd fiasco.&amp;nbsp; I ordered a Joan Rivers necklace and got a children's DMQ cross pendant.&amp;nbsp; Good grief.&amp;nbsp; I kept it because I have darling 5 year old niece who loves jewelry so made the decision to keep it.&amp;nbsp; I plan to give it to her as a back to school present in September.&amp;nbsp; Her first piece of real jewelry from Auntie. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/131"&gt;@lmt&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I bet there was a package mixup by Newgistics/USPS etc and it was delivered to the wrong address and the person returned it back to QVC...Check your account and make sure your shipping address is correct....I have a rather long address and sometimes my condo unit number gets cut off by some websites which resulted in USPS returning a couple of packages...théy didt even try to take it to our condo mail center who would have identified it and held for me to pickup--😒 that's the mail center job, we authorize them sign for packages and they send notices out received a delivery for pickup...Now I have to make sure it shows as a 3 line address so all the info is there because of a lazy mail guy...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That happened to me once, but at least I called CS so that the original person wouldn't get charged for a return since mine was a USPS mistake......And CS said the order would be re-sent to the correct person...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is just a little strange---On the same, at the same moment I ordered 2 pairs of shoes different colors same brand, same style....what was weird they arrived on same day but one was delivered by UPS the other by USPS....&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It shows that the third party, Newgistics, picked up my package the same day. According to Newgistics, QVC received my return on 7-12. I think the only mistake made was on QVC's part. Maybe the return was never scanned? I don't know. Like I said, on my ORDER STATUS page, it still doesn't show that the ring was ever returned.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My shipping address is correct so there's no problem there.&amp;nbsp;&lt;img id="smileyhappy" class="emoticon emoticon-smileyhappy" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.png" alt="Smiley Happy" title="Smiley Happy" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>After you get all this resolved you may want to consider taking a Q shopping break for awhile. At least that is what I have done after going through marathons of tracking and wondering how long it will take until I finally receive my packages, why they are stalled in certain locations etc. Gets old real quick and wastes a lot of time.</description>

I eventually did get the credit for my return (from the missing stones) on the second order. I did get credit for the ring that was shipped and returned (and never received by me) on the third order.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Of course all this took many phone calls (between USPS and QVC) and time. Not to mention the frustration!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm just waiting on the arrival of my replacement ring from my third order - the ring that QVC said was shipped and returned to them that I never received. I hope when it arrives that the box isn't empty or that there's no stones missing!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I posted my troubles just to vent. I've never had so many problems with QVC as I've had this past month!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently ordered a jacket, within about a week I received an email noting that my return on the same jacket had been processed and I would be refunded my payment minus the shipping fee!! &amp;nbsp;Other items were delivered from QVC during that time to my address so it wasn't as it there was an issue with an address etc. &amp;nbsp;How are they processing these "returns" without a return slip when the items are not even delivered let alone opened? &amp;nbsp;I didn't even bother trying to get the shipping charge refunded... customer service has not been helpful lately and I didn't want to even deal with it... &amp;nbsp;I ended up reordering the same jacket paying shipping yet again and it magically showed up in a couple days...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
