    <description>&lt;P&gt;For me, I've been getting backorders on products that are on auto-delivery, esp food. They know I've ordered. They know when I'm supposed to get it well in advance so why is it out of stock? What really drives me crazy is when the item is never available, they 'cancel' it and then I get a notice that my auto delivery has ended as scheduled. No, it didn't end as scheduled. I never got the item. Oh, but then it's on air a few days later at a higher price.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It would also be nice if they would offer a suddenly backordered item in another color if its available.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is anyone else having problems with back orders and delays on shipments. In the last few wks QVC has backorderd 2 of my shipments and delayed 1. I believe if you pay by check your put at the bottom of the list, and if they run out of stock then your screwed. It's kind of sad what QVC has become.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

First they were on advance order then in process, for weeks, now there on backorder.&amp;nbsp; I'm beginning to think I'll never receive them&amp;nbsp; Oh and I paid by credit card so I don't really think how you pay makes any diffenence.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

But when I pull up the item, my size and color again say it's in stock.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2" color="#993366"&gt;I put it in my cart just to see if it would go to backorder, but took it out since I don't really want to chance paying for 2. Oh, that crazy Q! Just more of their backorder blues.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/200651"&gt;@Grnthumb&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Backorders are a sign of the times often caused by supply chain and manufacturing delays that are unavoidable.&amp;nbsp; Merchandise is scheduled to be in the warehouse, but it doesn't arrive in time.&amp;nbsp; Since its arrival is imminent, QVC airs it as was scheduled.&amp;nbsp; It very simply a sign of the times.&amp;nbsp; It's not their fault, please be patient and plan for delays.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

However, like laluzdelmundo, I ordered an item that was (and still is) listed as "in stock." After five days, I noticed it had flipped to backorder. I was willing to take any color, so I went back to the item. Every single color still was listed as " in stock." The item was a set of shelves. So,I decided to cancel and order a less expensive version of the item by the same &amp;nbsp;company. Again, the item was listed as " in stock." I placed the second order after dinner. By the time I was out of bed the next morning, I had an email from QVC that apologized and suggested that the item may have to be canceled. I have let this order " stand." It still was listed as in stock when I last checked. I do feel that QVC is selling some items that may, perhaps, be "in stock" at some down the road time. Saying an item is in stock should mean something. In this case, at least the item is not a gift.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I do have some things on "backorder " &amp;nbsp;that had been "in process." But what is puzzling to me is my Bethlehem Lights TSV order. I ordered shortly after midnight, with a credit card. My order was in process for a number of days, then went to "advance order," then "backorder." At this point I just hope I get them.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I am furious this week because two products I ordered were placed on back orders days later. QVC certainly did not say the products were on back order when I ordered them both. These two orders were for a birthday present. If QVC would have labelled both products as "back orders" the way a good business would, I would not be panicked now to find new birthday presents for my beloved brother. If this continues, they will have lost a 19-year customer. the average I spend yearly with QVC is $5,000 +. Yes, I am angry QVC.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had that happen over a year ago &amp;amp; it still happens. If you cancel them you will get a letter from QVC telling you that you have cancelled too many items. They may close your account. I have no idea why so many items go to backorder. If it's not available they shouldn't let you purchase it. If it's an advanced order that's different. Mine was closed for that happening early this year. I'll be saving money!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Linea items going to backorder are not a supply problem. He hasn't been making anything new. I do believe they over sell items &amp;amp; then they can't fill the orders unless they get a return.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Yes, I am beyond frustrated.&amp;nbsp; I ordered 4 items on 6/13, kept saing they were in process.&amp;nbsp; I just checked now (6/27) and they are back-ordered.&amp;nbsp; What the heck is going on over there?!&amp;nbsp; These were not sale items, but new items.&amp;nbsp; Never have this happen with HSN or any other place I order from. The Covid is no longer an excuse.&amp;nbsp; It seems we are getting worse service than we were then.&amp;nbsp; Come on, QVC, for a billion dollar company, you can treat your customers a lot better than this.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
