topic Won't refund my postage in Q Talk

I have an email saying since my sheets I received were defective (ie - apparently the people in China who make the fleece sheets don't know how to measure the bottom sheet depth) QVC would pay the cost for the return Q label. I opted not to use that label because it is TOO SLOW and I wanted delivery confirmation from the USPS since I did not keep the super-sized boxes they came in and put both sets in one box.

Now, they will not refund my postage - I received an email from CS stating they had "no record" of prior correspondence at all - well, I sure do and they need to refund my postage. If they do not want to refund all the postage because I spent 96 cents more to have some peace of mind and get my refund quicker then reimburse up to the cost of your label. Luckily, I kept my email! What's interesting was back when I bought more they would have just given me the refund. Now that the merchandise is largely like this - not as expected or defective - and you return things they don't want to give money back. If the description had been correct we could have all saved time and money because I would not have purchased. My mattress is only ten inches and the sheets did not fit!

Also, as usual, a week after the USPS confirms delivery I had to do my "where is my refund" email to get my refund actually processed. I notice my orders going down and down further as other vendors continue to do a better job with better pricing...what a shame it sure is not what it used to be and that is sad.
