She didn't die and QVC paid for her time to do that video. They own it and can do as they wish.

The fact is, when she was employed by QVC, she was under contract, that she agreed to and signed.

And most contracts for people in front of the camera, stipulates that the company owns the rights to the likeness of the person, and use it as they are fit, even if the employee leaves the company.

There are actually quite a few videos with former hosts, even some who left well over a year ago; if that's the most recent presentation of an item, that's what stays posted.
