Judith Ripka Shoppers BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

This post is regarding item #J263398 Pink Pave Heart Ribbon Bracelet. This was given to me by my mother and is very sentimental. Anyway, the heart has broke. I have contacted Judith Ripka numerous times in the last month. I have tried her website, her FB page, her customer service email and phone number numerous times. NO RESPONSE!!!!! The person that moniters her FB page only responds to favorable comments. Feel free to check that out yourself. I will never ever purchase from Ms. Ripka again. I wasn't asking for a free item just help with where I could replace as the Q no longer carries this item. SHAME on you Ms. Ripka for treating your customers like garbage. Clearly you "take the money and run".

There were a number of complaints about the size of the heart and some quality control issues.

Hope you get it resolved. I would try my local jeweler for advice.

If you bought it here, why not try QVC's customer service? If nothing else, perhaps they can make contact with a company representative.

This has been my opinion of Miss" RipUOff"since day one.Glad someone was brave enough to speak not so nicely about her and told the truth. But I am very, very sorry your bracelet broke.

I would never buy any single thing from this vendor as I don't know how she sleeps at night. Her prices for sterling silver jewelry, especially with Diamonique, which is not her discovery in the first place, are unforgivable ! Talk about robbing your consumers blind? And she does it with a smile on her face, all the way to her bank !

I've hardly met a more disingenuous soul.

I'm sure this thread will get poofed shortly. You can't have an honest opinion around here unless you agree with TPTB. Free speech isn't free.

Does anyone know if Diamonique has any value at all? I took a ring in to sell the gold, and the jeweler just pushed the Diamonique stone to the side; he didn't say a word about it. I assume from that that the stones really don't have any value.

I doubt Diamonique has any value. It is simulated after all. I have never purchase any Judith Ripka items. Once in a while I have seen an item that kind of interested me, but the Diamonique turned me off. Paying that much for an item and having a simulated diamond/gemstone didn't appeal to me.

Diamonique is just QVC's brand of cubic zirconia. It DOES NOT have any value at all.
