      <description>&lt;P&gt;LUCKY YOU!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ordered the Tweak'd Scrub when it was the TSV on 7/14.&amp;nbsp; They shipped it UPS, transferred it to the Post Office, and it's been SITTING IN NORTHBROOK, IL since 7/20!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Says delivery by 7/23, but today is the 24th and it hasn't moved out of the Post Office yet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This happens to me too many time when they do that transfer from UPS to the PO.&amp;nbsp; My package just sits there&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I, too, tend to do well with UPS in my market.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Unfortunately, this week, I have a problem that's not QVC's part.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Something must have happened with UPS on Friday, as my AD order of a perishable food item, as well as another parcel with part of my Amazon AD, got sidelined.&amp;nbsp; It was 'out for delivery' all day and then, in the evening, I got an email that those two parcels will now be delivered on Monday.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The order from Amazon will be fine, but the meat order from QVC will probably be DOA due to being in a hot truck or hot warehouse for two days already and now&amp;nbsp; a few more days.&amp;nbsp; It's been in the 90s here.&amp;nbsp; The dry ice packets just don't last that many days.&amp;nbsp; &lt;img id="smileysad" class="emoticon emoticon-smileysad" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-sad.png" alt="Smiley Sad" title="Smiley Sad" /&gt;&amp;nbsp; Now that people are saying you can't get ahold of CS here, I am concerned that I will end up not eating the chicken, but eating the $85.&amp;nbsp; But will have to wait until it's delivered to do anything, as I've already learned that lesson with QVC in the past.&amp;nbsp; They won't help until it either gets delivered or is definitely lost.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think a lot of this is hit and miss. I don't order as much from QVC as I once did because of quality and shipping issues. I have to admit the last two items that I orderd were transferred to USPS and they actually delivered on Sunday morning. The last item was delivered at 4:30am on a Sunday morning. I was impressed, unfortunately the item I ordered was not the quality I expected, had to return. I have to say that anything coming out of the Ontario warehouse is a joke. I just noticed that the last Kim Gravel item that I ordered is coming from this warehouse..good luck to me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
