      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am getting very worried.&amp;nbsp; I have made returns over a month ago, one that contained an exchange, and nothing shows on my order status for credit.&amp;nbsp; I did a chat with a qvc rep and she wrote down four of my return item numbers and I got an email saying the returns processed, but this was five days ago, and no credits.&amp;nbsp; She said she could not help me with more item numbers because she is talking to multiple customers at a time.&amp;nbsp; I am afraid I will never get credit.&amp;nbsp; What are other people's experiences?&amp;nbsp; I read about the woman with three pairs of shoes but did not see others.&amp;nbsp; I also saw the dismissal of four hosts and I think that speaks badly of qvc.&amp;nbsp; They don't seem to realize that other big seller hosts are not enjoyed by many of us.&amp;nbsp; Anyway, any input appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kathleen Alice&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Post don't work for me either this has been going on since the last kim gravel tsv. I used my gift cards I got for mother's&amp;nbsp; day a 500 gift card that was pretty much used up a month ago on Qvc and I have nothing to show. I use to think it was because of covid- not anymore I have ordered from many sites that offer free ship free returns the longest I have waited on an order was 4 days. If I return somthing my account is credited within a week. I wish I would have known how bad or sloppy QVC is getting I take NOTICE NOW.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I consider QVC as a final sale network. It is nearly impossible to receive refunds in a timely fashion. My husband had an incident where a refund was promptly issued but never posted to our credit card. Numerous requests to the social team but they could not reissue it and it took weeks for Finance to resolve it. Simply not worth the headaches so Final Sale for everything purchased makes shopping here less tempting...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I called my credit card company and filed a Merchant Complaint with the Dispute Department. Within 24 hours...my credits appeared. You gotta hit them in the pocket book to get their attention. Companies do not like getting complaints from the credit card companies.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Was your card a Q card?&amp;nbsp; I wonder if I could call the issuing bank for the Q card.&amp;nbsp; I have gotten no credits and now one set is 6 weeks old.&amp;nbsp; I found one customer who said you can photocopy your return form before you mail the return and then use that to prove you sent it back but I have never photocopied those forms.&amp;nbsp; I will keep trying to talk to customer service but they are not helpful.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kathy&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I have had great luck with the Live Chat. I put on a TV show I want to watch and wait for the queue to get to me. Last night I was number 77 and &amp;nbsp;it took about a half hour to get to me. Another time my number was also in the 70's and it took about an hour. I received a refund last night for something I mailed back on June 13th. The package was tracked as being picked up from my PO on June 15th never to be seen again.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
