    <description>&lt;P&gt;Honestly its not just QVC.&amp;nbsp; Yesterday in the afternoon I had no internet at all.&amp;nbsp; When it is something like that, technical glitches happen.&amp;nbsp; It appears they got fixed.&amp;nbsp; Nothing to worry about albeit it is frustrating.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been teleworking since March and yesterday afternoon was hoping to get a lot of work done on a database.&amp;nbsp; Nobody was around to interrupt me.&amp;nbsp; Well AT&amp;amp;T had a major outtage in my area so you know what they say about best laid plans.&amp;nbsp; It just happens.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just tried to check on my Auto Delivery orders....and there is no option to do any of that.....so, if we want to delay or cancel a shipment, are we out of luck? This makes no sense to me at all. I've been a loyal QVC customer since they began, but until all of this can be fixed, I won't be ordering anymore.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm hoping they get enough response to this issue that it's cleared up sooner than later. The future doesn't look very bright for QVC.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
