That email just means a shipping&amp;nbsp;label was printed, not that the package&amp;nbsp;actually shipped, which is deceiving, IMO.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Getting an email that something has shipped is not very accurate.&amp;nbsp; I received such an email 4 days ago about a top I ordered.&amp;nbsp; According to tracking all they have is information about the item; package has not shipped.&amp;nbsp; I think their using Mail Innovations is awful!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
