Emails can be deceiving

Getting an email that something has shipped is not very accurate. I received such an email 4 days ago about a top I ordered. According to tracking all they have is information about the item; package has not shipped. I think their using Mail Innovations is awful!

I agree. That email just means a shipping label was printed, not that the package actually shipped, which is deceiving, IMO.
