I have a order # 92748902041494573288254506 has been sitting in local post office since June 20th. I have received other orders but not this one Can you help it along...Thankyou

I experienced the same situation and called the post office. They told me UPS brings very large boxes to the PO filled with many orders. And it's classified as in the PO. However the PO hasn't officially gone through the boxes and accepted these orders officially. Don't know if it was true or not. But the very next day my package showed up at my door. She did say our PO was short of staff.

@SPICY The USPS apparently has a huge backlog of unsorted packages. There isn't much QVC can do to speed things up but I did report one missing on the postal hot line and have it delivered within 24 hours. Be prepared to enter that long string of numbers.
