      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;BUYERS BEWARE: &amp;nbsp;Check your Order Status and Bank/Credit Card activity after ordering items!&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I just got charged FULL PRICE for an Auto-Delivery item which I purchased in 2019 on 6 Easy Payments.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I had no clue until I was looking at my bank activity. &amp;nbsp;It's taken me 2 long phone calls to fix this major error by the Q; the full amount won't drop off for 4-5 days. To make things worse I had to ask the agent for some kind of compensation/account credit for their dreadful mistake! &amp;nbsp;In the past I'd get an automatic apology and small account credit. &amp;nbsp;I can only guess that the QVC systems are NOT reliable at this time and they're blaming their mistakes on the pandemic. NO EXCUSE.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;P.S. &amp;nbsp;To get to a Customer Service live person call the Order number and ask to be transferred to CSVC.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>That's appalling. I have quite a few EZ pays that still have a few months to go but there definitely wont be any new orders. I no longer feel like I can trust QVC and as I dont believe their shortcomings have ANYTHING to do with any viruses, I dont believe anything will improve when they can no longer use viruses as an excuse.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My understanding is if you go auto delivery you also lock in the price so it should stay the same. Is that not correct?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
