      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm at my wits end. &amp;nbsp;I placed an order for a Kim Gravel dress on May 1st. &amp;nbsp;It is now June 1st and I still don't have the dress. &amp;nbsp;The dress is paid for but I don't have it!! &amp;nbsp;The most annoying part is, I called customer service and they won't/can't answer "due to high volume," so I'm cycled back to the beginning of the call router. &amp;nbsp;HELP!! &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm in the same boat exact same as I ordered something on May 1 too. I sent an email asking about my order and Sunday I got a shipping notice. Sadly it says preparing to ship. I asked for the order to be canceled. I'm so irritated now i feel I was just put off with that preshipment shipping label.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I ordered an item on May 10 ( later than you,I know.) and received several " your item has been delayed" emails. Finally I received an email saying the shirt would arrive on May 28. It was shipping from about 50 miles away from my PA home. I was happy that the package was close. Alas, the shirt, when it finally shipped, &amp;nbsp;was sent Mail Innovations, now is in NJ, and has been sitting there for a few days. It is now June 1. Why would QVC not use better shipping for an already delayed item? Lesson learned. I will not purchase until the shipping mess, a problem that has been going on since before Covid 19, gets resolved. I hope your dress arrives soon and that it is perfect in every way. My shirt will be going back.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had most of my items delayed.&amp;nbsp; They did credit me 10.00 each for two of my delayed orders, which was extremely nice!&amp;nbsp; I didn't have to ask for the credits, they just emailed me after I had been waiting on my orders.&amp;nbsp; QVC seems to be having a lot of shipping problems compared to other sites.&amp;nbsp; Maybe you could ask for a 10.00 credit.&amp;nbsp; I've been a customer with them forever and will continue to be.&amp;nbsp; But I agree that their shipping is really SLOW right now.&amp;nbsp; HSN's shipping is as usual and fast.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;I, too, am at my wit's end with shipping! &amp;nbsp;I have waited 2 months for my returns to be processed and now, I have had snack bars waiting, somewhere, to be shipped since April!! &amp;nbsp;UNACCEPTABLE!! &amp;nbsp;I know the Coronavirus has messed things up, but this is ridiculous. &amp;nbsp;Customer service used to be one of the best things about buying from QVC and I have shopped with them since 1991, but I'm about to cut off my shopping now. &amp;nbsp;I'm not getting credits on my account and I'm not receiving my orders! &amp;nbsp;Why would I continue to shop with them? &amp;nbsp;There IS NO customer service anymore! &amp;nbsp;Good bye QVC! &amp;nbsp;It's been fun, but the fun has ended.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;QVC sold a ton of Kim Gravel clothing last month. Multiple shows. It seems much of it has not shipped, including mine, ordered on 5/3.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have decided that I will not buy any clothing from any label on QVC unless it is on clearance or LTS. It's the only way to know that the item is in stock. As it is June I have no plans on buying any more summer clothing, especially not from QVC.. Offering items for sale while knowing full well that they are not in stock is just wrong.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck to all who ordered the TSV tee shirts....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you call the automated order line 1-800-345-1515 and let the recording run for a bit, then press "0".&amp;nbsp; when a representative comes on the line to take your order, ask her to transfer you to customer service. when they transfer you, you'll get a person that can help you.&amp;nbsp; that's the only way I've found to actually get to talk to someone.&amp;nbsp; don't use the 1-800-367-9444 number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
