      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I also don't understand why this multi-million dollar corporation can't provide basic CS and shipping services.&amp;nbsp; I haven't needed CS but I get one shipping delay notice after another....many on the same merchandise.&amp;nbsp; If you don't have it, don't sell it!&amp;nbsp; I will not place another order until problems are fixed.&amp;nbsp; They say they are caused by the pandemic "concerns".&amp;nbsp; Poor choice of words as concerns don't cause delays.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The merchandise at QVC is higher quality, the prices are much higher, but customer service, ordering etc are terrible. &amp;nbsp;Ive ordered an available item, only to be told later, its not in stock. &amp;nbsp;Yesterday I saw ALEGRIA spelled ALERGIA, and it wasnt spotted. &amp;nbsp;The Alegria company should be offended by this. &amp;nbsp;Delivery is really slow, but that might not be under QVC control. &amp;nbsp;Is it just me or has Anybody Loungewear &amp;amp; Cuddleduds prices now about double? &amp;nbsp;They started with great prices, but not anymore. &amp;nbsp;It seems to me that QVC have hired less experienced people, or have let a lot of people go, so those still employed, are under increased pressure. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Customer service was always the best, but now its almost non-existent. &amp;nbsp;As a 30+ year customer, Im not impressed!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had a huge problem with ShopHQ. &amp;nbsp;I mailed a return to NYC before it was shut down. &amp;nbsp;It was shut down the day my package was supposed to be delivered. &amp;nbsp;It took a couple extra days but I received delivery confirmation -&amp;nbsp;luckily I sent it via insured priority mail. &amp;nbsp;But no one was working so it just sat. &amp;nbsp;Finally, I called HQ to see if they'd process the return.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HQ refused to process my refund and kept taking the monthly payments out of my account - because the vendor hadn't processed the return. &amp;nbsp;The CS people I talked to didn't even realize NYC was shut down. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It took a lot of calls/emails and a major dumbing down of my request, before they finally relented and processed it. &amp;nbsp;I was surprised they didn't have a policy in place for handling vendor returns during the shutdown. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've avoided buying from shopping networks since then.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Part of my frustration with customer service is being on hold on the phone for an hour and a half and not having anyone pick up after being transferred to that extension by another rep (waited half an hour for the first one) OK, fine, crazy times, staffing is probably stretched, I get it. The thing that is really torquing me up is that their email isn’t working either. I’m willing to wait until they get around to reading and addressing the email (I get it will take some time) but I can’t even SEND them one in the hopes it would ever be read. This is about an item that THEY cancelled because suddenly it was no longer in stock (and it was a TSV so go figure) but they sure have no problem charging me every month. If it takes time to rectify then OK, I get it, but at least let us have some avenue to get the information about the problem to you.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm beginning to wonder about QVC.&amp;nbsp; No one can get in touch with Customer Service.&amp;nbsp; There is something wrong here.&amp;nbsp; I will not order anything else until all this is cleared up.&amp;nbsp; My peeve right now is I ordered two pairs of original waist capris end of Feb.&amp;nbsp; No. 1, it didn't get warm enough in MI until mid-May.&amp;nbsp; I didn't even open the package up until then and found that I needed a larger size.&amp;nbsp; Well, the virus alert in Michigan started in March.&amp;nbsp; I started working from Home March 17.&amp;nbsp; I wasn't concentrating on sending the package back as I thought QVC would understand since the "stay home stay safe" went into effect.&amp;nbsp; So, I didn't send it back until a few weeks ago after the Governer of MI started opening places.&amp;nbsp; QVC sent my package back and said I went over the return policy.&amp;nbsp; I have been buying these capris for years.&amp;nbsp; I don't understand why QVC just can't send me a bigger size?&amp;nbsp; I want to talk to Customer Service but can't.&amp;nbsp; I'm upset with QVC. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
