    <description>&lt;P&gt;Is there a trick to getting through to Customer Service?&amp;nbsp; I am beyond frustrated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't buy from QVC very much anymore (and I've never bought food), but so many people rave about the potstickers, so I gave them a try.&amp;nbsp; I'm a big fan of salt, but these taste like pure salt.&amp;nbsp; Absolutely awful, with a horrible, odd aftertaste. Something definitely seems off.&amp;nbsp; Bottom line:&amp;nbsp; I want my money back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been trying to speak to someone for the past 4 days.&amp;nbsp; I expected things to be not as efficient now, but I have been left on hold for very long periods of time, passed from one rep to the next, etc.&amp;nbsp; Everyone I speak to (when I'm lucky enough to actually speak to someone) says, 'Oh, you need to talk to CS".&amp;nbsp; They then abruptly transfer me, and the same exact thing happens.&amp;nbsp; Obnoxiously long wait time and/or another rep telling me she'll transfer me to CS.&amp;nbsp; Over and over, round and round.&amp;nbsp; I have never gotten further than, "I received an order and....."&amp;nbsp; One rep gave me a different phone number to call, but it made no difference.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today I waited on hold for one hour and 31 minutes before I finally hung up.&amp;nbsp; Is this how QVC is doing business now?&amp;nbsp; And does anyone know how to actually get through to someone who can help?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TIA to all who reply.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The correct phone # for customer service is 1 800 367 9444.&amp;nbsp; Then press 0 to speak to a customer service person.&amp;nbsp; It is still difficult to get through.&amp;nbsp; I tried 6 times last night and was either hung up on or got a busy signal.&amp;nbsp; Finally on the 7th time I got through.&amp;nbsp; The best time to try is first thing in the morning.&amp;nbsp; They start at 7 AM eastern time.&amp;nbsp; Good luck!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I've never had any problem getting through. I will admit the rep yesterday needs an attitude adjustment as she was quite rude, not the friendly CS rep I'm used to.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I just wanted to add that whenever I contact a Social Team member with some kind of QVC snafu such as I did this a.m. the person is genuinely sorry that happened and apologizes for Q's mistake, which I appreciate even though of course the mistake isn't the team member's fault. I never hear that from the phone reps. This is one of the many ways the Social Team help is courteous and classy. 👍</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been trying to reach Customer Service for a few days now, but the messages only loop around.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ordered my first AnyBody purchase on 5/11.&amp;nbsp; Ordered a jet black Tall Medium jumpsuit.&amp;nbsp; Status shows "In Process," but delivery was supposed to be 5/15.&amp;nbsp; I followed all the prompts today and recording still said "delivery will be 5/15."&amp;nbsp; Today is the 22nd.&amp;nbsp; I don't mind waiting BUT nothing is updated.&amp;nbsp; Is my item on the way or what?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;QVC was stupid to eliminate the ability to send emails to fix issues.&amp;nbsp; I always received a response within two days.&amp;nbsp; I always found that was the easiest and QVC always cooperated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
