I was on hold for an hour and a half.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just put the phone on speaker, because that is just how it's going to be for pretty much all businesses for awhile.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Trouble talking with a live CS representation</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried numerous times today to talk live with a customer service rep and each time it switched me to a busy signal.&amp;nbsp; This happened probably 4-5 times and I have given up for the day.&amp;nbsp; Anyone else experienced this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>No, I called CS for a price adjustment yesterday and got through to a live rep (very, very pleasant woman) in about 8 minutes. Well, that was yesterday, maybe things are different today.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the same problem; also "live chat" had me chatting to myself.&amp;nbsp; Sent an email and got no response.&amp;nbsp; However, when I called again between 8:00 and 8:30 in the morning of the next day I did get a very helpful rep.&amp;nbsp; So I suggest calling early if possible.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My understanding is that all of the call center reps are working at home and are not there live. They may have a smaller crew, but they are working out of their homs, which is great. (Maybe not so much if they have kids at home)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I had similar problem when I called CS yesterday. Had to hang up and call again three times before I finally got through. For me not a pleasant experience calling CS but sometimes necessary.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's not just&amp;nbsp; QVC.&amp;nbsp; I have had trouble calling any business; they all have jammed phone lines.&amp;nbsp; We need to give them a break; nothing is perfect right now.&amp;nbsp; Things will clear up in time.&amp;nbsp; I went online to check my credit card balance and they have a message at the top of their page saying please go online instead of calling as phone lines are jammed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I had to wait at least 30 minutes on hold for each call. I simply, put my phone on speaker and went about my work until someone came to the phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That's all that we can do, we need to be patient right now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
