      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Has anyone noticed how long it takes to process returns? On two seperate occasions I have returned items that take forever. Recently returned two jewelry items with their return label going back to South Carolina. I live in North Carolina and after 10 days still not there or processed.Tracking showed they had no information update very strange.&amp;nbsp; Finally called customer service and asked them what was gong on...they said it was in the process of being returned and issued the return credit. Well that was five days ago and I am still waiting for the credit to show in my account. My opinion it just should not take this long on a return when you are one state away and this is the second time this has happened.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had just the opposite experience.&amp;nbsp; I recently returned one item and a few days later exchanged another.&amp;nbsp; They happened to be out of the item I exchanged, but both credits were processed to my account quickly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I returned two packages a week ago yesterday and haven't heard a word about them.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;It's very strange...they go through periods where they're processed very fast, just within a couple of days.&amp;nbsp; Then there are times like now which are extremely slow.&amp;nbsp; Inconsistent.&amp;nbsp; There's no noticable reason for it.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure it's always on them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had two returns I mailed back on January 31. One processed on February 11 and the other - nothing. After 20 days, I contacted CS and they said that they had not received it from the post office. I was trying to get it tracked down and almost gave up when suddenly, &lt;STRONG&gt;25 days later,&lt;/STRONG&gt; my return processed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've had 4 items lost or delayed in shipping in the last 3 months. One was from QVC to me, two were from completely different companies, and the fourth was the return. It's been crazy.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since I cannot track a return from the Q for some reason, after 7 days I email CS about it, that way there's a written record. I know the return was processed by the post office because I always use the Q return label and I get an email when the return is on it's way. I don't know why some returns can be returned and processed in 5 days and others take 7 to 14 days or longer. Just remember, the Q has your money and you are being charged until the item shows up as returned. If one wanted to, you could keep track of how long long a return takes and file a complaint with the Attorney Generals office.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Some are fast and some are incredibly slow.&amp;nbsp; I have had both experiences.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was told by post office in Chicago that when you use QVC label, paeckages are held for awhile for accumulation. &amp;nbsp;They send when there are many. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I now send under my own steam USPS Priority. &amp;nbsp;It may cost a very little more, but at least you can track and it arrives sooner. &amp;nbsp;I also get my refunds sooner.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I no longer care for using the pre paid return, reason being on two occasions I took to post office so I could get a receipt and they were not able to scan which is necessary to give a receipt. They made many attempts to scan, just would not work. They would have accepted without issuing a receipt but I would not do that. Consequently had to bring back home and rewrap to ship my way and then take to UPS and pay. Ever since this experience, I return “my way” via UPS where I know they will deliver in a day or two days at most depending on warehouse location. The only issue with this is have to watch refund amount because they frequently deduct the return fee. So my advice is to always watch your return credit amount. I usually get notified of credit within a week but seems to take several more days to show up in my account.</description>

      <description>Hi Illinois Girl! I am having the same problem and I live in SC! I ordered a Caroly Pollack ring and had to return due to sizing issue. I used PayPal as a method of payment instead of my Q card! I sent it back the next day. I finally had to call to see where the ring was! CS said it was refunded on the 10th of March and I still haven't seen the refund to my PayPal account and I was told it will take up to 24 to 48 hours to see the refund on my account and it should have been there, so far nothing. I called CS again and was told the refund was processed, but I was told to contact PayPal which I did. In the meantime the CS agent resubmitted my refund to the finance dept., but I am having to pay my PayPal account in the meantime so to protect myself I opened a dispute against QVC with PayPal. I'm not ordering from QVC again.</description>

They need to hire more people or they are just not crediting our accounts because they have our money! Items have now been charged twice. I payment to go. I paid to return them but I can just about tell you they will charge me $6.95 for each item. Tell me the people can't tell the difference between a Q return label &amp;amp; a Pay it your way! So I am done. Just checking in to see if others are having te same problems with returns. Seems it's the new normal!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I don't understand how Amazon, Macy's and Walmart give you your credits pretty quickly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am so done with QVC now because of this and also the quality and sizing of the clothes are terrible. Also, why have the prices gone up and the quality is low grade?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If QVC is losing money these are reasons why.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
