Problems with shipping labelsl

I have received several packagaes with removable labels on outside. There is only the label to me and then only one for a return. There is no receipt. I am having to go online to print out a return lablel and retlurn receipt. What's the deal?

@QVCPhobe. Keep peeling layers; there's an invoice in there somewhere. Back of shipping label?

I almost started a thread on this the other day. My return
label was printed on the back side of the shipping label, which of course ripped to shreds when I tried to peel it off, rendering it unusable.

Seriously not smart placement as shipping labels never come off in one piece.

i rec'd a Keurig with NO paperwork. The outside label was addressed only to me.

When I peeled it back, there was nothing. Nothing on the box or in the box.

I had to go online and print my own paperwork.

It was a direct shipment, so I expect that was why.
