My answer: a host who knows how to "guide" the whole presentation, filling in gaps when or if the vendor needs guidance/help is priceless. Today, Antonella very skillfully managed to smoothly end a call-in. The tactful skill of being a host calls for intervention when necessary, and always helping the vendor present the product in the most flattering way.
