Holiday return policy question

Does anyone know what the starting date was for purchases that qualify for the extended holiday return period (until Jan. 31st)? I know in previous years, it had been sometime around mid October.

I'm asking because I just noticed that a Jim Shore figurine that I purchased towards the end of October has a small piece missing, and I would like to be able to return it even though it is beyond the 30 day return period.

The extended return policy started in mid-September (I believe it's the 21st of Sept.), so your purchase would qualify. By the way, welcome to the boards!

Yes it was Sept. 21 for most items. However if you purchased a Christmas item from the "Christmas in July" shows I think they qualify too.
